We are expanding our US IT Recruitment team in Kolkata and are looking for Senior US IT Recruiters who can take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle and contribute to building a solid, high-performing team.

We are looking for recruiters who understand US IT Staffing, are confident with sourcing and candidate management, and can work independently across requirements from sourcing through closure.

What You'll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify candidates aligned with the technical and business needs.
- Screen candidates, assess suitability, and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Coordinate submissions, interviews, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Work closely with the Account Management team to understand priorities and deliver against requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned requirements and consistently work towards closures.

What We’re Looking For:




- 3-7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment ecosystem and hiring processes.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and closure.
- Experience working with platforms such as Dice, Indeed, and other relevant job boards.
- Good understanding of employment models such as W-2, C2C.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working in the US shift.

C2C Experience:
C2C experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
If you have strong US IT recruitment experience, particularly in W-2 hiring, and have the fundamentals to succeed in US staffing, we are open to considering you.
Training and exposure to C2C recruitment will be provided where required.
