1. Role Overview
Sikka Group is looking for a disciplined, experienced and highly proactive Administration & Liaisoning Head, preferably from a retired Army background, to oversee administration, government liaisoning, security, facility management and inter-departmental coordination across the Group’s offices and project sites.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and networking skills, administrative discipline, and the ability to effectively coordinate with government authorities, police, local administration, regulatory bodies, vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should bring the values of discipline, integrity, accountability, leadership and operational excellence associated with a military background.

2. Key Responsibilities
A.



Administration Management
- Lead and manage the overall administration function for corporate offices and project sites.
- Establish and maintain effective administrative systems, processes and SOPs.
- Ensure smooth functioning of offices, project offices and common facilities.
- Manage housekeeping, transport, security, reception, office infrastructure and other administrative services.
- Monitor administrative expenses and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Maintain proper documentation, records and administrative reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and administrative standards.

B. Government Liaisoning
- Develop and maintain qualified relationships with relevant government departments and authorities.
- Coordinate with Noida Authority, Greater Noida Authority, local administration, police, fire department, electricity authorities and other statutory/regulatory bodies, as appli
