Manage projects from requirement gathering through final delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
Create and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA, and other technical teams.
Break projects into tasks and assign them to the appropriate team members.
Track daily progress and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines.
Identify project risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and delays and take corrective action.
Conduct regular project meetings and maintain transparent action items.
Communicate project status, challenges, and timelines to management and clients.
Manage client expectations and ensure requirements are clearly communicated to the technical team.
Monitor project scope and prevent unnecessary scope creep.
