About the Role
GrowthEd is looking for a well-connected Senior Sales Development Representative to develop school partnerships and drive institutional sales across key markets. This is a senior, relationship-driven, field-intensive role requiring continuous travel across the assigned territory.
The role requires an established professional with solid relationships in the K-12 education industry, particularly with school owners, trustees, principals,



directors, and senior management. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified school opportunities, scheduling meetings for product demonstration, managing post-demo follow-ups, negotiating commercials, and taking ownership of closures.

Key Responsibilities
Leverage, build and maintain strong relationships with school owners, trustees, principals, directors, and senior decision-makers, to identify and engage prospective schools.
Generate qualified school opportunities and schedule product demonstration meetings.
Lead follow-up discussions after Business Development Representative (BDR)-led product demonstrations, and coordinate with the BDR to ensure smooth handover of school requirements, priorities, and meeting context.
Participate in important school meetings, presentations, and discussions, and understand school feedback, objections, decision-making processes, and purchase timelines
