Role Description This is a full-time, in office Security Supervisor role located in Bhopal, ideal for candidates retired from the Army or similar disciplined forces.



The Security Supervisor will oversee security operations across the facility, manage security personnel, and ensure adherence to company security policies and procedures. Daily responsibilities include monitoring access control, patrolling premises, reviewing CCTV and security reports, and coordinating responses to any incidents or emergencies. The role also involves training and guiding security staff, conducting risk assessments, maintaining incident logs, and collaborating with operations and management to safeguard personnel, property, and materials. The Security Supervisor will interact with visitors, clients, and internal teams to provide a safe, professional, and compliant environment.
