Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Food Safety / Quality Officer with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our rapid-growing, purpose-driven food brand.

The role focuses on:
Designing and deploying food safety and quality systems
Ensuring compliance with FSSAI and internal standards
Training and capability-building across teams
Maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards across the value chain

Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and monitor Food Safety & Quality Plans in line with FSSAI and internal standards




Conduct in-process quality checks, audits, and inspections during production and packaging
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and compliance reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
Support process improvements and implement best practices to enhance product safety and quality

Qualifications
M.Sc. in Science (mandatory); specialization in Food Science / Food Technology preferred
1–3 years of experience in Food Safety / Quality roles
Hands-on experience in developing and implementing food safety plans
Certification in FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 (preferable)
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
