Role Description The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable features for the JobBeeper platform, ensuring reliability and performance for real-time job alerts and search functionality. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing backend services and APIs,



collaborating with product and design teams to refine requirements, and integrating data sources that support personalized job matching. The role also involves writing clean, maintainable code, performing code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, and improving system monitoring and observability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, working closely with a cross-functional team to enhance the overall user experience and support the platform’s growth.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Demonstrated experience in Software Development and Back-End Web Development, building and maintaining production services.
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with hands-on experience in one or more modern languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Node.js).
