ABOUT ADGRID
AdGrid is an early-stage, stealth-mode AdTech–FinTech company based in Gurugram, building a platform at the intersection of advertising technology and financial infrastructure. We are a small, fast-moving team hiring the people who will help shape the company from the ground up.

THE ROLE
This is a Media-sales hire. You will own the demand side end-to-end, sign the first wave of media agencies and brands, turn the device's inventory into revenue, and build the commercial engine that scales AdGrid's advertising business. You sell the inventory to agencies, and you go direct to brands to win budgets and campaigns; the top line on the advertising side is yours to build.

You sit at the intersection of online and offline advertising, so you bring real fluency in how the modern ad ecosystem works — brand and performance marketing, programmatic, and how major ad platforms work and you can translate that into a sharp story for a media buyer, a planner or a brand's marketing team. You are a hunter and a relationship-builder in equal measure,



comfortable opening and retaining relationships across media agencies, creative and marketing agencies, and brands directly. For a senior seller with a strong network, this is a rare chance to build something from the ground up and grow into a leadership seat.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Open net-current business across media agencies, agency trading desks, media planners, creative and marketing agencies, and brands directly.
Build a strong pipeline across high-spend verticals — FMCG, BFSI, auto, e-commerce, telecom, D2C and more.
A strong, active network across media agencies, creative / marketing agencies and brand marketers, and a track record of turning those relationships into net-new wins.
Pitch brands directly, align annual and campaign budgets, and onboard them onto the network.
Turn brand marketing budgets into always-on and campaign deals, and work with brand and creative teams to shape campaigns that fit the inventory.
