As a Channel Manager at PickMyWork, you will be responsible for driving loan business growth through DSA and channel partner networks, managing relationships, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire, onboard, and manage DSA and channel partners for credit cards and loan products
Drive Personal Loan, Credit Card, and Secured / Unsecured Loan business growth through channel networks
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners and financial institutions




Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets and KPIs consistently
Ensure compliance with credit policy, documentation standards, and quality guidelines
Monitor partner productivity and implement performance improvement interventions
Coordinate with internal teams on lead allocation, approvals, and disbursement tracking
Identify new channel partners, geographies, and expansion opportunities
Prepare and share regular MIS and pipeline reports with internal stakeholders

Requirements
Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Cards and Secured / Unsecured Loans
Proven track record of managing DSA / channel partner networks
Strong understanding of loan sourcing, credit eligibility, and disbursement processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Comfortable managing aggressive targets and field-level execution
