Role Description The Sr Executive (Sales) role at UNext Learning is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The person in this role will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage the sales funnel, and build strong relationships with prospective learners and institutional partners.



Daily responsibilities include prospecting through calls and meetings, presenting program offerings, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate solutions from UNext’s portfolio. The Sr Executive (Sales) will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies, track performance against targets, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves following up on leads, negotiating terms in line with company guidelines, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in consultative selling, lead generation, and pipeline management, with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship-building, customer engagement, and stakeholder management abilities, ideally within education, edtech, or service-oriented industries.
