Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Management Trainee role based in Noida. The trainee will support lead generation, manage prospect outreach, and assist in presenting Squarelys’ tenant-first value proposition to potential clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospects, responding to inquiries, supporting customer meetings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves assisting in the creation and execution of basic marketing activities,



participating in training sessions, and collaborating with senior sales and advisory teams to learn the end-to-end leasing and sales process.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with tenants and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management potential, including an interest in lead generation, pipeline follow-up, and performance tracking.
Candidates should possess Training and coaching readiness, with the ability to absorb new information quickly and apply feedback to improve performance.
