ABOUT JOB

As a key member of the EOR Partner Payroll team at Multiplier, the Sr Payroll
Specialist - EOR Partner Payroll plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate
and timely processing of employee payrolls. This position involves working
closely with the operations team, accounting department, and external
stakeholders to manage the payroll process, from data collection and processing
to payment and compliance. The successful candidate will be expected to possess
a deep understanding of payroll regulations and be able to navigate complex
payroll scenarios with ease.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned payroll professional to
take on a leadership position and make a significant impact on the company's
operational success. The Sr Payroll Specialist - EOR Partner Payroll will have
the autonomy to develop and implement payroll processes, lead a team of payroll
specialists, and contribute to the development of the company's payroll
strategy.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

* Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a global or EOR
workplace





* Excellent knowledge of payroll regulations, including tax laws, labor laws,
and compliance requirements

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate
complex payroll scenarios

* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and
prioritization skills

* Proficiency in payroll software and systems, including ADP, Paychex, or
similar tools

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
strong relationships with stakeholders

* Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of payroll
specialists

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage the payroll process, including data collection, processing, payment,
and compliance, in accordance with company policies and regulatory
requirements

* Develop and implement payroll processes and procedures to ensure accuracy,
efficiency, and compliance
