About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Event Associate to lead the planning, execution, and vendor/sponsorship management for our events, while also driving social media presence around them. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across the full event lifecycle — from concept and planning to on-ground execution, vendor negotiations, sponsorship conversion, and social media promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events end-to-end
Manage vendor relationships — sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts
Identify, pitch, and convert sponsorships and partnerships to support event goals
Own event timelines, budgets, and checklists
Coordinate on-site setup, breakdown, and live event operations
Plan and execute social media coverage before, during, and after events (content, stories, reels, engagement)
Liaise with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align on event objectives




Handle attendee/guest registration and on-ground support
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during live events
Maintain documentation — vendor contracts, sponsorship agreements, post-event reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
Proven prior experience in event management, planning, and execution
Demonstrated experience in vendor management and negotiation
Track record of converting sponsorships and building partnerships
Hands-on experience managing social media (content planning, posting, engagement)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience in hospitality, F&B;, sports, or venue-based events
Existing network of sponsors/brand contacts
Familiarity with design/editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
