We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive who understands the elevator industry and can manage customers, service requests and AMC coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages and service queries
Coordinate elevator service and AMC requests
Register and track customer complaints
Coordinate with technicians and service teams
Schedule preventive maintenance visits
Follow up on breakdown/service calls until closure
Maintain AMC customer records and service history
Coordinate AMC renewals and pending service requirements
Communicate service updates and timelines to customers
Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction




Maintain daily/weekly service reports
Escalate technical or critical customer issues to the relevant team
What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years of experience in elevators, escalators, AMC or technical service
Strong understanding of elevator maintenance/service processes
Experience dealing with customers and service teams
Valuable communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable using Excel/CRM/WhatsApp for customer coordination
Ability to handle multiple service requests and priorities
Elevator industry experience is strongly preferred
