Role Description The Human Resources Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and induction processes, and coordinating training and development activities. This role will help administer benefits,



track attendance and leave, and ensure HR policies and procedures are followed. The Human Resources Assistant will also assist in recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, coordinating communication with candidates, and supporting documentation and compliance requirements. Additional responsibilities include preparing HR-related reports, handling routine employee queries, and collaborating with management to maintain a positive and organized workplace. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Eunoia Designtech’s office in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications

Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an understanding of core HR processes and best practices.
Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and maintaining accurate employee data and documentation.
Knowledge of Benefits Administration and basic familiarity with compensation, leave, and statuto
