Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GDS (Global Distribution System) Travel Consultant who is proficient in both Galileo and Amadeus systems, with hands-on expertise in offline ticketing, fare rules, SLA adherence, and end-to-end reissue and refund processing on both platforms. The ideal candidate will handle domestic and international air ticketing requests, ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs,



and provide accurate fare and rule guidance to customers/agents.

Key Responsibilities

Handle offline ticket bookings, issuance, and confirmations for domestic and international itineraries using Galileo and Amadeus GDS platforms.
Process PNR creation, fare quotes, ticketing, and itinerary management accurately and within turnaround time (TAT).
Manage end-to-end reissue/rebooking process on both GDS — including fare recalculation, penalty/change fee application, fare difference collection, and reissuance of e-tickets.
Process refund requests (full/partial, voluntary/involuntary) as per airline fare rules, calculating cancellation charges, residual value, and applicable taxes.
Interpret and apply fare rules, fare basis codes, and ticket restrictions correctly for reissue and refund calculations.
Ensure strict adherence to defined SLAs and TATs for ticketing, reissue, refund, and query
