About the role Marketing has changed, and the change is structural. The teams winning today do not brief work out and wait for it; they build it. We sell an AI go to market engine to revenue teams,



so it would be inconsistent for us to run marketing on a traditional model.
For this reason we are not hiring a conventional marketing manager, nor an engineer with an interest in marketing. We are looking for a hybrid profile: someone who thinks in funnels, builds in n8n and Claude Code, and ships their own landing pages rather than queuing for engineering capacity.
In this role you will own the complete growth and marketing technology stack for the Sprouts.ai platform, with a single mandate: build, automate, and scale the demand engine that generates qualified pipeline across the US, Europe, and the UK, from first touch through to influenced revenue.
The playbook for this does not exist yet. You will write it, and then automate it.
