Our flagship product, SemSure, is an at-home semen detection kit designed to provide a rapid and convenient method for detecting semen exposure following unprotected intercourse.
We are now expanding the commercial launch of SemSure across major Indian markets and are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive pharmacy and OTC sales in the assigned territory.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive with 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, OTC, consumer healthcare, or FMCG sales.
The candidate will be responsible for developing the SemSure market by building relationships with doctors, pharmacies, distributors, stockists, pharmacy chains, and retail partners, achieving sales targets, and expanding product availability across the assigned territory.
This is a field-oriented sales role and is ideal for someone who has strong knowledge of the local pharmacy market and an established network of channel partners.





Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for SemSure.
Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans.
Identify and onboard pharmacies, distributors, stockists, and retail partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy owners.
Generate primary and secondary sales.
Ensure product availability and minimize stock-outs.
Conduct regular field visits to pharmacies and channel partners.
Drive product visibility and placement at retail outlets.
Explain SemSure's product features and intended use to channel partners using approved product communication.
Develop new territories and identify high-potential retail locations.
Track orders, inventory, reorders, and distributor performance.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market activities.
Collect market feedback and communicate insights to the management team.
