Role Description The Agency Manager role at Care Insurance in Kolkata is a full-time, in office position responsible for leading and developing a team of agency partners to drive sales and business growth.



The Agency Manager will recruit, train, and mentor agents, set performance goals, and monitor achievement against targets. This role involves planning and executing local sales strategies, building relationships with customers, and promoting Care Insurance’s products in the assigned territory. The Agency Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure policy issuance, customer servicing, and compliance with regulatory requirements, while consistently identifying opportunities to expand the agency network and improve sales effectiveness.
