Role Description This is a full-time, remote, commission-based Lead Generation Specialist role focused on identifying and qualifying prospective clients. On a day-to-day basis, the specialist will research potential customers, initiate contact via phone, email, and messaging platforms, and build interest in the company’s products or services. The role involves maintaining accurate lead records, updating spreadsheets or CRM tools, and coordinating with sales team members to schedule calls or demonstrations. The specialist will handle inbound and outbound inquiries,



provide courteous and informative customer interactions, and follow up consistently to move leads through the pipeline. Performance in this role is primarily measured by the volume and quality of leads generated and converted.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including explicit spoken and written interaction with prospective clients and internal teams.
Customer Service experience, with the ability to handle inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a professional, helpful demeanor.
Sales skills, including basic understanding of sales funnels, persuasion techniques, and lead qualification.
Training ability, either receiving and applying training quickly or supporting peer training on outreach processes and tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for organizing lead data, tracking metrics, and generating simple reports.
Comfort working in a remote environment with reliable internet access and strong time man
