Role Description The Sales Development Representative - EU is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune, City. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying prospective customers in the EU region, generating leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach, and nurturing early-stage opportunities. The representative will conduct discovery conversations, understand customer needs, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.



Daily activities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on marketing-generated leads, collaborating with sales and marketing colleagues, and meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets. The role also involves staying informed about QuestionPro’s products and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate value to prospects.

Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers.
Demonstrated Sales and Business Development abilities to build pipeline and support revenue growth.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation capabilities.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
Experience with CRM tools and basic sales reporting; familiarity with SaaS or technology solutions is an advantage.
