Role Description The Commercial Team Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves leading and mentoring a sales-focused commercial real estate team, setting performance goals, and monitoring daily activities to ensure targets are achieved. The Commercial Team Leader will oversee client acquisition and relationship management,



guide the team in identifying suitable commercial properties, and support negotiations for sales, leasing, and investment deals. Daily responsibilities include reviewing pipelines, coordinating with finance and insurance partners where relevant, preparing reports for management, and ensuring compliance with company processes and industry standards. The role also requires collaboration with marketing and operations teams to optimize property visibility and enhance client experience.
