Ethnic Elements is looking for a highly creative, trend-aware and execution-focused Creative Strategist & Content Creator who can build compelling content across all our digital platforms.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just create content — but understands what to create, why it will work, and how it can drive reach, engagement and sales.
✨ What You’ll Do
? Creative Strategy
• Develop monthly and weekly content strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Conceptualise campaigns, launches, festive content and product stories
• Identify trends, formats, hooks and content opportunities
• Build content ideas specifically for organic growth as well as paid advertising
? Content Creation – All Platforms
• Create content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Conceptualise Reels, Stories, Carousels, Posts, Shorts and long-form content
• Write hooks, scripts, captions, headlines and CTAs
• Plan and execute engaging fashion, styling, product and storytelling content




• Repurpose content intelligently across different platforms instead of simply reposting the same creative everywhere
? Reels & Video Content
• Ideate and script high-retention Reels and short-form videos
• Work with photographers, videographers, models and designers during shoots
• Create shot lists, mood boards and references
• Understand pacing, hooks, transitions, storytelling and current editing styles
• Be comfortable creating/shooting content independently when required
? Performance & Growth
• Track content performance — reach, engagement, watch time, CTR, saves, shares and conversions
• Analyse what is working and continuously improve the content strategy
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to develop Meta and Google ad creatives
• Generate multiple creative angles and variations for testing
• Understand the difference between content that gets views and content that drives a
