Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Nagpur. The Salesperson will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct client meetings, and present website development solutions that address specific business needs. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.



The role also involves coordinating with the development and marketing teams to ensure accurate scoping of projects and explicit communication of client requirements, as well as meeting defined sales targets and reporting on performance.
Qualifications

Proven sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and closing.
Ability to understand and explain website development, digital solutions, and basic technical concepts to clients.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, web development, or digital marketing.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple prospects and projects simultaneously.
Comfort with CRM tools and basic productivity software for tracking leads, activities, and sales performance.
