Coordinate with the Planning Department for day-wise Production Planning Ensure
Ensure availability of all RM/PM items required for day Plan
Ensure to deliver day-wise production as per the Plan.
Ensure quality of all products as per specifications
Ensure that the MIS report is generated on time and discussed with all officers & HODs on daily basis.
Active participation in training programs as announced.
Ensure to achieve the targeted yield on daily basis.
Ensure to achieve targets of all KPIs during the shift
Ensure to allocate available manpower to various workstations during the day.
Ensure to adhere all SOPs /TBT and all other practices at shop floor
Ensure that all GMP & GHK practices are implemented at shop floor
Ensure to maintain discipline in the work manpower during the shift operation




# Excellent knowledge of products Manufacturing as well as basic testing of Home Care
Products like Floor Cleaners, Toilet Cleaners, Glass Cleaners, Liquid detergent etc. as well as
personal care products like Shampoo, Hand Wash, Etc.

# Lay down procedure to implement GMP GLP norms and ensure documentation compliance

# Define AQL for incoming raw material and components
*
# Develop R&D; base to meet cost, quality (manufacturing and product), and innovation
requirements
*
# Handle team of QC & QA chemists.

# Development of recent formulation as per the business demand
*
# Preparation of documents Registration of product, label compliance with local regulatory
authorities

# Lead a team for carrying out activity related to manufacturing procedure
*
# Positive understanding on analytical methodologies
*
# Understanding trouble shooting of products
