Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Operations Executive to join our team. This is an excellent chance for a fresher looking to start their career in a dual role involving basic accounting, billing, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:Accounts Support:
Assist in preparing and sending bills to clients (schools).
Check and maintain proper billing records.
Help in updating payment status and following up for pending payments.
Support the team in maintaining financial records.

Operations Support:
Check and verify inventory as per dispatch and delivery.
Maintain records of stock movement and reports.
Coordinate with the team for order status,



deliveries, and materials sent.
Help in day-to-day coordination with vendors and internal teams.

Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Positive communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Basic understanding of billing/inventory is a plus

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / any relevant field)
Freshers are welcome to apply
Internship or any basic knowledge of accounts/operations will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
