Job Summary

The Operations Manager - Outreach Program is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the vision, integrity, and impact of educational initiatives across tribal and underserved regions. As the organization enters a phase of consolidation, this role requires a systems-focused, quality-oriented qualified who can strengthen existing programs through process refinement, outcome-based evaluations, and meaningful stakeholder partnerships.

Educational Qualifications

Essential:
Postgraduate degree in Education, Rural Development, or a related field

Preferred:
Certifications in Project Management
Quality Systems (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.)
Education Leadership or Social Impact Evaluation

Experience
Total: Minimum 8 years of skilled experience
Relevant:
5+ years in educational outreach, program management, or social-sector leadership
Proven experience in quality assurance, process audits, and impact evaluation




Experience working with government stakeholders, educational institutions, or non-profits is highly valued

Core Responsibilities (KRAs)1. Program Consolidation & Quality Enhancement
Strengthen and systematize multiple outreach projects to ensure consistency and quality of delivery across 250+ schools
Develop and institutionalize SOPs, quality checklists, and review frameworks
Shift focus from numerical expansion to depth of impact, sustainability, and beneficiary satisfaction
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
Establish transparent performance metrics for all outreach programs (Pre-Vocational, Vocational, Magic Touch, Udyam, Unnati, Urja, Teacher Training)
Oversee development of monthly dashboards, field logs, impact stories, and MIS reports
Ensure data integrity and readiness for third-party evaluations or donor audits
Team Capacity Building & Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of 60+ mem
