What We're Looking For:

Strong expertise in JavaScript & Node.js — comfortable building and optimizing server-side applications

Proven experience with React Native or native mobile development (iOS/Android)

Ability to architect scalable solutions across frontend and backend

Experience mentoring team members and leading technical projects

Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and system design





Problem-solving mindset with attention to code quality and best practices

Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills

Experience & Compensation:

1-3 years experience: 60,000/month

3-5 years experience: Up to 1,00,000/month

Compensation is based on your experience level, portfolio, and demonstrated expertise.
