Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging training sessions on Communication Skills, Customer Service, Business Etiquette, Presentation Skills & Behavioural Skills.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and interaction with stakeholders.
- Design and update training modules, activities, assessments, and training material.
- Conduct classroom, workshop, and refresher training sessions.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, observations, and feedback.
- Provide individual coaching and feedback to improve communication and skilled behaviour.
Preferred: BPO/Customer Service/Sales/Insurance training experience.
