Role Description The Soft Skills Trainer & Mobilizer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves designing and delivering interactive soft skills and life skills sessions for young graduates, including topics such as communication, teamwork, professionalism, and workplace behavior. The trainer will mobilize and engage youth participants, conduct orientation and counseling sessions, and maintain high attendance and participation levels.

Daily responsibilities include planning training schedules, tracking learner progress, maintaining training records, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and providing regular feedback and support to learners.



The role also requires organizing employer-connect activities, preparing learners for interviews, and ensuring smooth transition from training to placement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Soft Skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions and build rapport with youth.
- Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills for delivering engaging classroom and group sessions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Training & Development, including session planning, curriculum delivery, and learning assessment.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Life Skills training, such as goal setting, time management, emotional resilience, and problem-solving.
- Relevant experience in youth training, employability programs, or education/NGO sector is beneficial.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, social work, or human resources is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage batches independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong documentation skills, basic computer proficiency (MS Office, online tools), and a passion
