Role Description This is a full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Delhi, India, with a hybrid work model that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will manage and grow the brand’s presence across key social media platforms, including planning, creating, and scheduling content that highlights product features and brand values.

Daily responsibilities include developing social media campaigns, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends relevant to air purification and lifestyle products. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, preparing reports,



and recommending optimizations to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. Collaboration with marketing, design, and product teams will be essential to ensure consistent messaging and impactful digital storytelling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned content across platforms.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with online audiences and collaborate with internal teams.
- Experience managing social media accounts for consumer brands, preferably in lifestyle, health, or tech products.
- Ability to interpret social media analytics, generate insights, and adjust strategies based on data.
- Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools, and familiarity with basic graphic or video editing tools is beneficial.
