We’re Hiring: Social Media & PR Manager

Do you know how to make great design impossible to ignore?

MS Wave Studio is looking for a Social Media & PR Manager to shape how our work is seen, understood and remembered.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just know how to post on Instagram — but understands design, storytelling, visual language and luxury branding.

Someone who can look at an architectural project and see not just a beautiful photograph, but a story worth telling, a reel worth creating and an editorial opportunity worth pitching.

✦ What you’ll do

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT

- Build and execute the studio’s social media strategy.
- Develop monthly content calendars for Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Conceptualise and create Reels, Stories, carousels and posts around our projects.
- Turn project photography, videos, site visits, design details and behind-the-scenes moments into compelling content.
- Develop content that communicates the thought, materiality and philosophy behind our designs.
- Write sophisticated, engaging captions that reflect our brand voice.
- Stay relevant to emerging formats and trends without compromising a premium design aesthetic.
- Manage scheduling, publishing and day-to-day social media activity.
- Track performance and use insights to continuously improve our content.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers and the design team to create strong visual assets.

PR, PUBLICATIONS & EDITORIAL

This role goes beyond social media.

You will help take our projects from the studio to the pages of leading design and lifestyle publications.

- Build relationships with editors, journalists, design writers and media professionals.
- Identify the right publications and editorial opportunities for our projects.




- Pitch projects to architecture, interiors, lifestyle and luxury publications.
- Prepare compelling project submissions, project narratives and editorial material.
- Manage the entire publication process — from identifying opportunities and pitching to follow-ups and final publication.
- Pursue opportunities for designer profiles, interviews, awards and industry features.
- Develop a strong media network that creates long-term visibility for the studio.

✦ Who are we looking for?

You could be a great fit if you:

- Have experience in social media, content strategy, PR or brand communications.
- Have a genuine interest in architecture, interiors, art, fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands.
- Have a robust visual eye and understand what makes design content compelling.
- Can write exceptionally well and communicate ideas with clarity and sophistication.
- Understand Instagram, Reels and contemporary digital content formats.
- Are proactive, creative and comfortable taking an idea from concept → execution → publication.
- Know how to build relationships and get people to respond.

Existing relationships with editors, journalists and design publications are highly valued.
