Role Description The Social Media Intern will support Oreya's presence across key social media platforms, working closely with the founder through our festive season. The ideal candidate is someone who wants hands-on, high-ownership experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities include shooting and editing content, scheduling posts, drafting captions and copy, and monitoring analytics. This is a full time, on-site internship based in Gurugram, with the possibility of extending into a permanent role based on performance.





What You'll Do

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality product photos, reels, and behind-the-scenes videos directly from our Gurgaon store
- Own the daily posting and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Support monthly content calendars aligned with brand strategy and marketing goals, using scheduling platforms
- Ensure timely posting, engagement, and performance monitoring across platforms
- Assist in monitoring social media insights and preparing performance reports
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity
- Assist with light graphic design and photo retouching for stories, grids, and website banners using tools like Canva or Photoshop
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and algorithm changes; bring fresh, executable ideas to the table

What We're Looking For

- Hands-on experience with mobile videography and editing apps (CapCut, Lightroom, or similar)
- Some prior exposure to social media management is a plus, whether through an internship, a personal page, or freelance work
- Strong copywriting instincts, with the ability to match a defined brand voice
- A strong, refined aesthetic eye and a genuine passion for fashion/jewellery
- Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Express etc; Photoshop for light retouching is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
