Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the day-to-day management of IKW Designs’ social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels. This full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad includes creating and scheduling posts, assisting with photo and video content, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the online community.

The intern will help track performance metrics, support digital marketing campaigns, and collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align content with brand guidelines and seasonal collections.



The role also involves staying updated on fashion and social media trends to suggest fresh content ideas and engagement strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an understanding of fashion and lifestyle audiences.
- Ability in Social Media Content Creation, including basic copywriting and visual content ideation for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Foundational Marketing knowledge, including brand positioning and audience targeting.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with followers and coordinate with internal teams.
- Interest in fashion, fast-paced retail environments, and current social media trends.
- Basic familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, smartphone photo/video editing apps) is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or course in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a diverse, inclusive team workplace.
