About the Role A hands-on social media internship where you’ll own content and social campaigns from day one. You’ll work closely with the marketing and founding team to build GoodSpace’s social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant channels, with heavy use of AI and creative tools.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels
- Create posts, reels, carousels, short-form videos and other engaging content
- Research trends, competitors and audience behaviour to identify content opportunities
- Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT for ideation, research, copy and content workflows
- Write compelling social copy, captions, hooks and CTAs
- Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent publishing
- Track social media performance and identify what is working
- Support campaigns, launches and growth experiments across social channels

Qualifications

- 0–1 year of experience in social media, content or marketing,



including strong personal/project work
- A portfolio or examples of content you’ve created will be a strong plus

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Good writing and communication skills
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily work
- Understanding of basic social media analytics and performance metrics
- A fast learner who takes ownership and is willing to experiment
- Based in or willing to relocate to Noida; this role is onsite

Pay Range and Compensation Package Stipend: ₹20,000–25,000 per month
