Social Media & Community Intern – Latoyá (Delhi)

New Delhi, India

We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Intern to join our team and help keep the brand active, engaging and relevant both online and on-ground. This is a paid opportunity and would require your presence at the venue 4 times a week.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is social-media obsessed, plugged into culture and nightlife, and enjoys being around food, music, events and people.

We’re looking for someone who

- Is comfortable with Instagram and social media and naturally understands what makes people stop, watch and engage.
- Has a good eye for content, aesthetics and interesting moments.
- Is proactive and doesn’t need to be told every day what to post.
- Is comfortable being on-ground at a restaurant/bar and around events.
- Is interested in food, music, nightlife, culture and hospitality.
- Is energetic, social and good with people.
- Can shoot simple, valuable-quality content on their phone and has a basic understanding of editing.
- Is organised, responsive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll doSocial Media

- Manage the brand’s day-to-day Instagram presence, with a strong focus on keeping Stories active and engaging.
- Create and post daily Stories around food, drinks, music, events, guests, behind-the-scenes moments and what’s happening at the venue.
- Be on-ground regularly to capture real-time content, guest moments,



UGC and event coverage.
- Help keep the feed active by identifying content opportunities and coordinating with the social media team/agency.
- Stay on top of trends, formats, sounds and social media conversations that could be relevant to the brand.
- Respond to or flag relevant DMs, comments and community interactions.

Events & Community

- Support the team with events, weekly programming and special experiences.
- Help with on-ground content capture and event promotion before, during and after events.
- Help build relationships with guests, creators and relevant local communities.
- Assist with influencer visits and collaborations when required.

Day-to-day

- Keep track of the venue’s daily happenings and make sure there is always something interesting being communicated online.
- Work closely with the Community Manager, F&B; and operations teams to identify stories and content opportunities.
- Bring new ideas for making the brand’s social presence more fun, timely and engaging.

The opportunityThis is a paid internship with plenty of hands-on exposure to social media, events, hospitality, community building and brand marketing. It’s a great fit for someone who wants to learn how a hospitality brand is built from the inside — by actually being there, making content, meeting people and helping create the experience.
