SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGERYouTube • Instagram • Facebook • LinkedIn • Other Digital PlatformsEleventh Door Studio is looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms.

The role will primarily focus on publishing episodes, reels, shorts, clips, and other content, while ensuring that every piece of content is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESContent Publishing

- Manage the day-to-day publishing of YouTube episodes, Shorts, Instagram Reels, posts and stories.
- Upload, schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
- Write and optimize titles, captions, descriptions, hashtags and keywords.
- Create platform-specific versions of content when required.
- Maintain a consistent publishing calendar and ensure content goes live on time.

YouTube Management
- Manage the YouTube channel and episode uploads.
- Optimize titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags and metadata.
- Monitor views, watch time, retention, CTR and audience growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve discoverability and performance.
- Create and manage Shorts from longer-form episodes.

Instagram & Social Media
- Manage Instagram Reels, posts, Stories and other formats.
- Repurpose episodes and long-form content into engaging short-form content.
- Track trends, formats, sounds and content opportunities.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual presentation.
- Engage with comments and audiences where required.

Growth & Analytics
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Track important metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, views, watch time and conversions.
- Analyze what content is performing and recommend improvements.
- Experiment with different hooks, captions,



posting times and formats.

Content Strategy
- Work closely with the Creative and Production teams to understand upcoming episodes and releases.
- Build weekly/monthly content calendars.
- Develop strategies to increase audience growth and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for viral clips, behind-the-scenes content, teasers and promotional campaigns.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3+ years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably YouTube and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of YouTube and Instagram algorithms and content formats.
- Experience publishing and managing video content.
- Positive understanding of Reels, Shorts and short-form video trends.
- Strong writing skills for captions, titles and descriptions.
- Comfortable working with analytics and performance data.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple content releases.
- Strong sense of what makes content clickable, watchable and shareable.
- Experience with tools such as YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut/Premiere Pro or similar tools is a plus.

BONUS SKILLS
- Basic video editing.
- Thumbnail design.
- Content research and trend analysis.
- YouTube SEO.
- Community management.
- Experience with entertainment, filmmaking, OTT, media or creator brands.
- Experience working with AI-generated content is a plus.
