Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee Vagabond Holidays’ presence across social platforms, managing content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement to build brand awareness and drive inquiries. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and creating compelling travel-focused content, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring analytics, and coordinating campaigns that align with marketing goals. The role involves responding to comments and messages, collaborating with internal teams for promotional activities, and staying updated on social media trends in the travel industry.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan, create, and refine engaging travel-related content.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with audiences, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and represent the brand consistently.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of performance metrics to evaluate and improve campaigns.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in travel or hospitality, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Additional beneficial skills include creativity, attention to detail, ability to work in a quick-paced environment, and proficiency with visual content tools (e.g., Canva or similar platforms).
