Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries
Generate and qualify leads for site visits and sales team
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans
Schedule site visits and follow up regularly with prospects
Maintain customer data and call records in CRM
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 -2 Years of experience as Real Estate Telecaller
Positive communication and convincing skills
Customer handling and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of real estate projects preferred
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
