Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the centre, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facility maintenance.
Team Leadership: Supervise and support staff, including training new employees, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Client Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Program Coordination: Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and activities to meet the needs of our clients and community.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgetary processes, track expenses, and assist in financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Reporting & Administration: Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, stakeholders, and community partners to promote the centre’s services and enhance outreach efforts.

Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Social Services, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a coordination role, preferably in a community service or educational setting.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
