Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide medical care and manage occupational health services at the workplace.
Conduct regular health check-ups and medical examinations for employees.
Monitor and evaluate workplace conditions to identify potential health hazards.
Implement and maintain industrial health standards and compliance with legal requirements.
Offer guidance on workplace safety, hygiene, and preventive measures.
Collaborate with management to promote employee well-being and productivity.
Handle medical emergencies and provide first-aid training when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements:
AFIH certification.
A minimum of 2 years of post-AFIH experience in occupational health or a related field.
Robust knowledge of industrial health standards, legal compliance, and safety protocols.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented workplace.
