Provide accurate information and resolution to customers
Maintain service quality and productivity standards

Undergraduate (Result Awaited Only) & Graduates can apply
Final-year students (No backlogs) eligible
Undergraduates with minimum 6 months experience can apply
Freshers are welcome

Salary Details (Take-Home):
₹15,600 - ₹23,000 per month (depending on process & experience)
Performance incentives applicable

Shift Details:
24x7 rotational shifts
Early morning shifts may apply
5 days working




2 rotational week offs

Cab facility / allowance (Blended process)

Assessment Criteria:
Blended Process: NV 54+ & Voice 60+
Non-Voice Process: Non-Versant 58+
