DESCRIPTION:
REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced Degree, Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration and infrastructure support.
Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
Advanced technical certifications preferred (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware, MCSE, SAP)
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure and Google Cloud)
Experience with backup systems,



disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident and change management
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis
Solid documentation and technical writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with diverse teams
Available for rotating on-call and emergency support as needed
GxP/FDA regulated environment experience preferred
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
Strong problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:
System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, SolMan, GRC, SLT etc.).
Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and performance tuning to ensure efficient operation.
Fixing: Identify and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems and databases
