We are looking for an experienced Transport Manager to handle end-to-end logistics operations involving the transportation of raw materials to cement factories and the return movement of finished cement. The role requires solid expertise in managing heavy vehicles, coordinating two-way logistics, and ensuring cost-effective and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage transportation of raw materials to cement factories and ensure smooth return of finished cement
Plan and optimize two-way logistics to reduce empty runs and maximize efficiency
Oversee a fleet of heavy vehicles (tippers, bulkers, trailers, etc.)
Ensure timely pickup and delivery schedules are maintained
Coordinate with cement factories, dispatch teams, and site operations
Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, and breakdown handling
Supervise drivers, route planning, and trip scheduling




Ensure compliance with transport regulations, permits, and safety standards
Track fuel consumption, trip logs, and operational costs
Prepare daily and weekly transport reports

Requirements:
Proven experience in cement logistics / bulk material handling
Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle and fleet operations
Experience in managing return-load or two-way transport operations
Valuable coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage large fleet and driver teams
Knowledge of local transport routes and regulations
Tamil language proficiency preferred

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
