Roles and Responsibilities:
Dispense prescription and OTC medicines accurately as per legal and company guidelines.
Counsel customers on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and storage.
Maintain inventory of medicines, check expiries, and ensure proper storage.
Process billing, prescriptions, and insurance/claims where applicable.
Ensure 100% compliance with drug laws and audit requirements.
Support daily store operations including cashiering, customer service, and stock management.
Coordinate with doctors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and documentation at the pharmacy.
