Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, in office Cinematographer (Social Media & Reels) based in Pune. This role is focused on shooting scroll-stopping short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and brand-led social campaigns. You’ll be responsible for capturing dynamic, trend-driven visuals that align with brand tone, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.

Key Responsibilities
Shoot high-energy, social-first video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and brand campaigns
Execute handheld, gimbal, and dynamic camera movements optimized for short-form formats




Design quick, effective lighting setups suitable for fast turnarounds and multiple shoots
Collaborate with creative strategists, editors, and social media teams to align visuals with trends and briefs
Adapt shooting styles for different brand personalities, from mínimal luxury to high-energy lifestyle
Ensure footage is edit-friendly for rapid-paced reel production (transitions, speed ramps, hooks)
Maintain consistency in framing, exposure, and visual style across recurring brand content

Qualifications
Robust understanding of social-media-driven cinematography
Hands-on experience shooting Reels, Shorts, and digital brand content
Solid knowledge of composition, lighting, framing, and camera movement
Proficiency with mirrorless/cinema cameras and mobile-first shooting workflows
Comfortable shooting in vertical (9:16) formats
Understanding of log profiles, frame rates, slow motion, and
