Job Summary:
A Hospital Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a protected and secure workplace for patients, staff, and visitors. This role involves monitoring hospital premises, preventing unauthorized access, and responding quickly to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol hospital premises regularly (wards, entrances, parking areas).
Control access at entry/exit points and verify visitor passes.
Ensure safety of patients, staff, and hospital property.
Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security threats.
Assist in managing crowds and maintaining order in busy areas (e.g., emergency department).
Check bags and vehicles when required to prevent prohibited items.
Report suspicious activities or incidents to hospital authorities.
Operate security systems like CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
Help patients and visitors with directions when needed.
Coordinate with police, fire services, or ambulance teams during emergencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Minimum high school education (10th/12th pass).
Prior experience in security (hospital experience preferred).
Basic knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response.
Valuable observation and communication skills.
Physical fitness and ability to stand for long hours.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Basic knowledge of first aid is a plus.

Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts (day/night/weekends).
May involve standing or walking for extended periods.
Exposure to emergency or stressful situations.

Salary (India - Approximate):
₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (depends on experience and location).

Additional Requirements (Optional):
Security training certificate or license (if required by local laws).
Background verification and clean criminal record.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
