Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our real estate

and reports, and ensuring accurate measurements for property development,

acquisition, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Visit location and Identify potential land parcels as per company requirements

Conduct market research on land prices, master plan zoning, and development

potential
Liaise with landowners, brokers, and local agents
Perform site visits and preliminary feasibility checks
Collect and verify land-related documents (title, approvals, encumbrances)
Coordinate with legal, planning, and engineering teams for due diligence
Maintain a database of available land options
Assist in negotiations and land acquisition processes
Track local development plans and government notifications

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any stream




Proven experience as a Land procurement in real estate or construction projects.
Solid knowledge of local land laws and Location.
Ability to read and interpret maps, layouts, and legal documents.
Valuable communication, soft spoken and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.

Preferred Skills
Experience in township, plotting, or large-scale real estate projects.
Knowledge of land records (Revenue records).
Computer knowledge

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
