Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, and Production departments for material availability.
Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
Track production output and compare with planned targets.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Maintain production records, reports, and MIS.
Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery.
Identify production bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions.
Follow up on pending orders and prioritize urgent jobs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Assist in inventory control and minimize wastage.Required Skills:
Solid planning and organizational skills.
Valuable knowledge of production processes.
Basic understanding of inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving ability.
