GRAPHIC DESIGNER / 2D-3D DESIGNER / WEB DESIGNER (FULL-TIME)

We are looking for a top-tier Graphic Designer who can professionally handle 2D design, 3D modeling, and website design, and who can take full ownership of our visual ecosystem.

This role requires speed, precision, visual intelligence, and responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create high-quality 2D designs (branding, social media, ads, UI elements)
Produce 3D models and visualizations when required
Design contemporary, conversion-focused websites and landing pages
Develop, maintain, and enforce brand visual systems (colors, typography, layout, hierarchy)
Ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms and materials
Design performance-driven ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other platforms
Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing
Understand visual hooks, CTAs, and attention flow for conversion optimization
Design social media assets (posts, stories, reels covers, thumbnails)




Support video content with motion-ready visuals and design assets
Collaborate closely with marketing, ads, and strategy teams
Translate abstract ideas into explicit, powerful visual executions quickly
Deliver fast without sacrificing quality
Take full responsibility for visual output and brand perception

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong experience in 2D graphic design and 3D modeling
Solid understanding of web design (UI/UX, layout systems, conversion logic)
High proficiency in industry-standard design and 3D tools
Solid visual judgment and attention to detail
Fast, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
High sense of responsibility and long-term mindset
English communication skills required
